Listed Building, Bourne
This beautiful little cottage had suffered years of neglect, and its new owners wanted to bring it back to its former glory. Detail drawings for the replacement parts and careful material considerations allowed the owners to complete their project
Water Lane, Histon
A new build fresh from the ground in this conservation area which made use of timber windows, clay roof tiles and weatherboarding to appease the planners
Listed Farmhouse, Cottenham
This listed building required planning for a loft conversion and a large outbuilding to meet both the listed building approval, and the Cottenham planning framework – a very tall order!
Middle Street, Great Gransden
This stunning grade 2 listed house needed enlarging, so after an existing application, building regs were drawn up to link the detached barn with a green oak link and glazed walkway.
St Andrews, Ely
One of our more straightforward jobs is this large flat roof extension in Ely, where the clients needed to maximise the ground floor space for later in life. We designed this simple rectangular extension but tailored foundations and services for potential conversion later on.
Lode Avenue, Waterbeach
Due to an enlarging family, this family required additional living space and bedrooms, so we penned a neat two storey side extension and local builder Matt Ensell completed the build.
